Response time

We answer within 24-48 business hours on average (Mon-Fri, 9 am-6 pm CET). Security-related requests (suspected leak, vulnerability, exposed secret) are prioritised — start the subject line with 'SECURITY' for immediate escalation.

Frequently asked questions

The extension doesn't detect my data — what should I do?
First, make sure you are on one of the 7 supported platforms ( ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Mistral Le Chat). Then hard-reload the tab (Cmd+Shift+R) and send a prompt containing a visible email address. If detection still doesn't fire, email us a screenshot of the DevTools console (right-click → Inspect → Console).
False positive (data masked when it shouldn't be)
The SafePrompt popup ships a "Report false positive" button next to each detection — it sends the minimal context (entity type, platform) without ever transmitting the original prompt. Otherwise, email us with the entity that was wrongly detected and the prompt you used.
GDPR request (access, rectification, deletion, portability)
Email [email protected] with subject "GDPR — <nature of the request>". We acknowledge within 72 hours and process within the legal one-month window. See also our Privacy Policy and Trust & Security page.
