Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No commitment. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
At the end of 14 days, your account automatically switches to Solo Free (free) if you don't add a credit card. No surprises.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing with 2 months free will be available in V2. Contact us if you want to negotiate an annual contract now.
How does the Business minimum (€600/month) work?
The Business plan is billed at a minimum of €600/month, equivalent to 75 seats at €8. If you have 50 seats (€400), the minimum applies. This threshold smooths the Starter → Business transition without a pricing cliff.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, except Solo → Starter directly (the Solo plan is capped at 1 seat). Upgrade from Starter to Business is possible at any time on a prorated basis.
